The Bali International Hospital lead the medical tourism in collaboration with the largest number one rank hospital in the United States, the Mayo Clinic since 2021. Collaboration with Mayo Clinic including build standard quality medical services and building facility. At the end of August 2022, led by the Operations Director of PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, drg Mira Dyah Wahyuni, MARS, Mayo Clinic and IHC conducted a review of the design of the Bali International Hospital so that it meets world-class health service standards.

Collaboration with Mayo was also carried out for another scope of work which aims to make BIH to have the highest standard in quality medical services, building facility and medical focusing on centers of excellence; Cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, and orthopaedics.
